La vitamine A contribue au fonctionnement normal du système immunitaire. Elle joue aussi un rôle dans le maintien de muqueuses normales, d’une peau et d’une vision normales.
La vitamine D, appelée communément la vitamine du soleil, contribue chez les enfants au fonctionnement normal du système immunitaire ainsi qu’à une croissance et à un développement osseux normaux.
Tout comme la vitamine E, la vitamine C contribue à protéger les cellules contre le stress oxydatif. En plus, la vitamine C aide à régénérer la vitamine E sous forme active. La vitamine C contribue au fonctionnement normal du système immunitaire et aide à réduire la fatigue et l’épuisement.
Le zinc contribue non-seulement à la fonction normale du système immunitaire et à la protection des cellules contre le stress oxydatif, il contribue aussi au maintien d’une vision et d’une peau normales.
Le sélénium participe au fonctionnement normal du système immunitaire, à la protection des cellules contre le stress oxydatif et au maintien d’une peau, de cheveux et d’ongles normaux.
Les enfants à partir de 3 ans prennent 10 ml par jour. Utiliser le bouchon-doseur pour mesurer la quantité requise.
