Les oméga 3 sont des acides gras très importants, une carence pouvant avoir des retentissements importants sur le fonctionnement du corps humain. L’organisme les fabriquant difficilement, il peut être utile d’adopter un supplément par l’alimentation. En effet, selon l’étude SUVIMAX*, réalisée sur 13000 personnes, les Français ont un apport alimentaire en oméga 3 inférieur de 50 à 80% aux ANC (apports nutritionnels conseillés).
De plus, l’alimentation moderne est trop riche en acides gras oméga 6, au détriment des oméga 3, alors que l’ANSES** recommande un rapport de cinq omégas 6 pour un oméga 3 et que nous consommons quinze oméga 6 pour un oméga 3.
Les Laboratoires Fenioux se proposent de vous apporter des oméga 3, l’EPA et la DHA, tirés d’huiles de poissons (sardines, maquereaux, anchois, thons…), à un dosage supérieur à 250 mg par jour, ce qui est la dose efficace pour contribuer à une fonction cardiaque normale.

L’acide docosahexaénoïque (DHA) contribue au maintien d’une vision normale. L’effet bénéfique est obtenu par la consommation journalière de 250mg de DHA.
